It prime missions are:
To serve the public without fee or charge in the rescue and first aid treatment of injured skiers and other visitors to alpine areas.
To serve the public by promoting awareness of the need for high standards of safety in australian alpine areas

For 2009 we are distributing to resorts and other outlets a colouring-in booklet which has as a major focus the use of helmets.
It may be found in creches, childrens ski school areas, and child minding facilities. As a part of this promotion we are offering small prizes for the most original helmet design.
