Access to Results

Student results are made available to resorts and member patrols on request, where the student has authorised the release of these records. In general, ASPA implements the 10 National Privacy Principles.

Students receive notification of their results, consisting of certificates of competence. Where competency is not met in certain areas, students will be notified and have the opportunity for re-assessment. Sometimes it is possible for a certfied trainer and assessor in the workplace to confirm the competencies on site, in which case a certificate is issued on confirmation.

Students registered on-line can access the results and certficates for their previous course(s) as follows:

1. log on to the website (top right corner)

2. select "My Account" (top right corner)

3. select "My Courses" to access results and certficates (left hand side-bar)

Results are retained for the period required by the Australian Quality Training Framework.
