Below is the first edition of Asparations for 2010. Being the first edition for quite a while, there is a fair amount of new information contained inside. This includes details on a revised bleeding protocol, explanation of the sign-in process for ASPA courses, an update on FIPS 2011 and an update on Nationals Patrol plus a whole lot more.
