The RTO must have access to the staff, facilities, equipment, training and assessment materials required to provide the training and/or assessment services within its scope of registration and scale of operations, to accommodate client numbers, client needs, delivery methods and assessment requirements (including off-campus and on-line).

Where/How ASPA has a high standard of modern facilities (hired for the purpose) and equipment used for training and assessment purposes which allow for all delivery modes specified in delivery and assessment plans.

Some online and CD-based materials has been developed by subject matter experts, industry groups and industry members.

Feedback from students through surveys, interviews.

At VET meetings and in the Strategic Plans and Annual Budgets, annual monitoring of the adequacy of current facilities and equipment and identification of future requirements occurs.

ASPA has identified and documented appropriate resources for the scope of registration and any third party access arrangements required.  Specialist trailers with first-aid equipment, practice mannequins, stretchers, oxygen, analgesia, and support materials are refitted prior to each course.
