Results

Student results are made available to resorts and member patrols on request, where the student has authorised the release of these records.  In general, ASPA implements the 10 National Privacy Principles.

Students receive notification of results by mail along with the initial certificate of competence.   Where further work is required in a limited number of areas following competency testing, notification of the areas requiring rework are notified to the student.   Sometimes it is possible for the employer to confirm the competencies on site, in which case a certificate is issued on confirmation

Results are retained for the period required by the Australian Quality Training Framework.  However, for ease of access, electronic records for the past 10 years are available through the ASPA secure web server.
