Induction
Staff Induction Staff involved in any course or module conducted by ASPA can have a range of skill levels and experiences. Instructors and examiners must have Certificate Level IV in Workplace Training or the updated package, Certificate Level IV in Training and Assessment. There are additional vocational skills and experience that apply, and those criteria are set down in the position descriptions. No training is to take place that is not supervised by a qualified trainer. All staff involved in training must undergo the one day staff induction program. The President acts as reviewer and administrative head of the organisation; while the Vice President Education is responsible for all technical and operational issues associated with training.
